The Elm, a Ramada by Wyndham

Gorgeous decorations and the interior is so well designed. I did not end up staying due to scented detergent (it’s super mild, and the gentleman on duty let me smell the detergent even, which was so kind), but I just didn’t want to risk it. Looks like an amazing place to stay tough and a cute little ice cream shop just across the street.

We recently stayed at The Elm by Ramada for our daughter’s wedding, and our experience was absolutely exceptional from start to finish! As parents of the bride, we were already juggling so much, but the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, relaxing, and stress-free. The service was incredible—every team member we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. They even provided us with a complimentary room for the wedding party to get hair and makeup done, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the day so much easier. Our King Suite was extremely spacious with beautiful views, and even the standard King Room was impressively large. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for hosting family throughout the weekend. The location is fantastic! There are great restaurants within walking distance, including Towers Tap House right across the street—highly recommend their Philly Cheesesteak Fries! There’s also a fun play area for the little ones and even a wake board park across the road. Although we didn’t get the chance to check them all out, there’s bowling, axe throwing, and Stella’s Ice Cream just a short walk away. My husband couldn’t stop raving about The Elm’a pesto pizza—he ordered it twice during our stay! A special thank-you to Angela, the manager, for helping us reserve a block of rooms and making the entire planning process so easy. And a big shout-out to Briana, who was incredibly helpful and made sure all of our guests received their gift boxes without any issues. The entire stay was pleasant, convenient, and memorable. We will absolutely be back—we loved everything about this hotel and the charming town surrounding it! Highly recommend!

I am impressed by the atmosphere. Thankful for the cleanliness. Bar life is on point. I would recommend more tourist to check out the area. Close to the lake and tap house is across the street. Keep it up Little Elm.

Along with the beautiful location and stylish facility design, the young man at the check-in desk at 3am, Chris, essentially gained a returning customer for The Elm. The service excellence myself and my two daughters(who are under 2) received by this young man made us feel safe, comfortable, and "taken care-of", I will be returning to The Elm for both business and pleasure. A+ customer service.

Big and very clean room. Mini fridge and microwave. Lobby is on 4th floor which was cool as that is where the bar and restaurant are with great views. Able to get razor and other free supplies by elevator. Pool is very small, photo is deceiving like most hotels. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel accommodated my whole family for our trip. We had about 8 rooms booked and no complaints. The customer service was great. The food and drink prices were pretty reasonable and the area is amazing. The hotel is close to the lake and in a beautiful little quiet part of the town. We got to meet the owner when leaving and he was very chill and friendly. I gave the location 4 stars just because it’s about 30-40 minutes from downtown Dallas and the airport. If you’re not looking to be super close to the city its perfect

Hotel is beautiful and well kept. Everything appeared to be very clean both times I’ve stayed. Check in on the top (4th) floor is unique and affords everyone that stays an opportunity to appreciate the beautiful view. Staff was great and very accommodating. George, Elaina and Dante were especially terrific and made my stay enjoyable. So was a housekeeper but unfortunately I didn’t get her name.

Its a great small hotel. About 60 rooms total or so. The 4th floor is pretty cool and once you get over there is no ground floor lobby and that its all upstairs its fine. The Ice Cream shop 'Stella's' in the same parking lot is sublime and worth the 20 second walk. The only real issue for me was the WIFI serivce. I needed to work on my laptop during my 2 day visit and the hotel does have free WIFI and it does work - however it works at dial-up speeds. That isn't a joke. I was getting 1mb down for most of the day and had to use my phone as a hotspot for much of the stay. Other than that the place was great.
